1. Why no sound was recorded ? Or why was the recorded sound so low-volume ?
1) If no sound was recorded, select recording device via "Input Devices" -> "Recording Devices" on the menu.
2) If the recorded sound was too low-volume, turn up the volume of the selected recording device in Sound->Recording of Windows Control Panel . If you are recording TV/Cam, please turn up the volume in Live Play Recorder.
2. How to record video and voice on websites or in chatrooms?
To record video and voice on websites or in chatrooms, click "(S)Record Screen". A view box will pop up. Adjust the location and size of the view box until it covers perfectly the area you want to record, then click "(S)Start" in the view box.
3. Why was the recorded video nothing but black screen?
Some videos or media players forbid recording, that's why all you have recorded are nothing but black screen.
You can check whether some video permit recording as following:
1) Play the video you want to record.
2) Press PrtSc or PrintScreen key on your keyboard to copy the full screen onto the clipboard. 3) Run Windows Paint in Accessories, choose "Edit"->"Paste" on the menu, then the full screen copied on the clipboard will appear in Paint. If you can see the video picture in the screen copy, then the video can be recorded, otherwise it can not be recorded.
4. How to play and record online TV/Radio?
Play method #1: Double click TV/Radio channel's name which you want to play.
Play method #2: File->Open URL, input channel address then click OK.
Record method: Click "(T)Rec TV/Cam" while TV is playing, or click "(V) Rec Voice" while Radio is playing.
5. How to add, delete or edit TV/Radio channel ?
Add TV/Radio channel:
Right-click any channel name,select "Add channel" on pop-up menu.
Delete TV/Radio channel: Click channel name which you want to delete and then Right-click, on pop-up menu select "Delete channel name".
Edit TV/Radio channel: Click channel name which you want to edit and then Right-click, on pop-up menu select "Edit channel name".
6. How to export and import TV/Radio Channels List ?
Export TV/radio Channels List: Right-click any channel name, on pop-up menu select "Export Channels List" .
Import TV/radio Channels List: Right-click any channel name, on pop-up menu select "Import Channels List"
7. How to use it as a sound recorder?
You can use it as an independent sound recorder. Just click "(V)Rec Voice" to record sound.
Note: Please select correct Recording Device in Input Devices before record.
